What does this app from Windoze bing to Mac? hm. It brings
a) nice dark themed UI (available in CudaText, Sublime, not many others),
b) nice Ribbon toolbars UI (available in ???? on mac)
c) lot lot of menu items (Sublime has much less of menuitems, but has much more plugins, IMO plugins are better than built-in menuitems)

CudaText also has several dark themes, and lot of plugins (less than Sublime of coz). One downside of CudaText is not stable UI (only on mac it's not stable).

So other editors, CudaText + Sublime Text, are my choice.

The blurb at the top says "...the world's best text editor, now available for Mac..." As if it's a brand new Mac app that was just bestowed on us yesterday. Hey, it's at least 6 years old on MU so it isn't "now" (finally) available on the Mac. So what does this port of a Windoze app bring to the table that Coda, BBEdit, or Sublimetext don't? It seems that Windoze devs think that they can come barging into the Mac market and charge Windoze prices for their warez.
